Being in college is an experience in itself! People come from different walks of life, countries, and some even come to find themselves. No matter how or why someone comes to college, we should encourage and motivate each other- the tests are hateful enough! So, here is a list of ways L.O.V.E. spreads love around our campus, and ways you can spread love, around yours!

- Pay it Forward: When you are having a great day or even if you're having a bad one, pay it forward by buying someone else's meal, or putting money toward it while you are in line. This is a great way to make a stranger smile and begin a nice trend.
- Simply Smile: Did you know that smiling is contagious? Okay so.. No really, BUT it's hard not to (and sometimes awkward) to NOT smile back at someone who smiles at you. Also, when you're feeling blue, try forcing yourself to smile; it will brighten your mood (:
- Sing a Song: Who doesn't love being serenaded, or hearing heavenly voices singing songs of praise? Singing is a healthy way of expressing yourself, so express your love for someone or your happiness by singing aloud. Even if its in the shower, or in the comfort of your own room where no one can hear you!
- Greet Everyone: Make it your duty, or a challenge, to greet as many people as you can, with simple sayings like, "Hey, how are you doing today?" "You look nice, have a great day!" Or even just a simple "Hello!" You never know how much your words could change somebody's day.
- Notes of Encouragement: Write and leave notes of encouragement, or positive quotes (on post-its or pieces of paper) around your dormitory, hall, and/or campus for people to read. A great place to leave them would be bathrooms, water fountains, fridges and other places that a lot of people come in touch with on a everyday basis.
- Have Lunch With a Stranger: When you go to grab a bite to eat, look around and see if there is anyone eating alone. Ask or offer to sit with them, get to know each other and just enjoy meeting a new person. A new friendly face could change yours, or someone else's life.
- Pray: Praying for your loved ones and people you care about is a given, but it is also vital to pray for those around you that you may not know. Remember to say a prayer for those in your community, whether you know them or not. Even though you may not know their name or situation, our God knows all things and will take care of a situation that you don't even know about.
